From 1999 through 2010 I was a Christian missionary in the Philippines. I had previously lived an anti-social, self-centered, reality disconnected, destructive lifestyle—heading for prison or the grave. I met the Lord Jesus Christ and became a born again Christian in June 1984 and my life took an immediate radical change. The perspective of this book is from that of an independent missionary. The emphasis of my story is the journey and my hope is that the book will inspire and encourage you to undertake the greatest adventure of all time, being a missionary.
