For a short time, we can only focus on one thing at a time. Another study from UC Irvine shows that technical workers can only focus for 11 minutes before being distracted. They wandered for 25 minutes before regaining their focus.
This short attention span causes problems. People can't finish one task before starting another. Most can't consume one trend before another. According to Oracle, the average person has five devices. That means we have endless options for getting information. Information overload causes stress. None of our to-dos have been completed.
