This cheat sheet is perfect for article writers. It certainly helps to define the purpose of writing articles that many newbies forget... that they are trying to get the reader to take some action.
Still valid advice without all the fluff and BS of many article writing advice. It amazes me how many articles wander away from the realization that the whole purpose of writing the article in the first place is MARKETING! Michael is content using the sources in his recommendations but some of them, are old school. There may be newer better options.
Many of the sites linked as Internet Marketing Resources were hosted on a server from China. Yesterday that server removed all non-Chinese internet commercial sites and redirected the url to Chinese ads of some nature. you will have to Google the names of those older internet marketing sites to find their new url. Kind of a pain, but a good reason to find trustworthy hosting, not located in China! Otherwise, this book is a great resource, but I still cut the rating due to the links.
Got a review copy and this little cheat sheet offers good basic advice. Readers can't go wrong with this cheat sheet for the price. However, people may greatly benefit from The Internet Marketing Handbook also by O'Connell. The Handbook is a detailed resource (with verified links) for anyone seeking to market for real money on the internet today. There have been many changes and complications added to internet marketing and too many gurus that think they can teach but can't do. I don't how many phony pay pal printouts and coastal home photos and fancy car photos they show, these "gurus" are selling smoke and mirrors to newbies that don't know any better. Old timers know better. If you have hope of making a living on the internet, you need the internet marketing plan, study it and then take action. Stay away from gimmicky push button "shiny objects" being sold, that if they work at all (rarely) they won't work for long. Once you learn the basics, you'll make some money, but then you need to scale your success to achieve the bigger paydays. Old timers like me and O'Connell have adapted over the years and still survive nicely.
