PRE-PRACTICE PLANNING Tips:

The genius of good coaching is to make hard work seem like FUN! Your practices must duplicate the excitement of the game. You must create an environment which forces the players to make their own decisions. You must create an atmosphere where the players are allowed to teach themselves. You must have a practice that develops instinctive attacking and defending habits.

My teachings/instruction RESULTS in Self-Confidence, Assurance,  Enjoyment and of course, Priceless Value.

Here a several of my ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

  • Emeritus State Coaching Director CA Youth Soccer Association for 34 years, serving 250,000+ children per year.

  • Authored & Copyrighted (1980) “Modified Laws of the Game” for the youngest age groups.

  • Written 8 Soccer books that have been translated and sold throughout the world

  • Co-Chair of United States Youth Soccer Association with 3.2 million registered players.

Several TESTIMONIALS:

  • “I’m very, very pleased that your materials were out there for people willing to put in the work to be a good coach.” - Coach John
  • “The 9-STEP routine, on the other hand, is just a neat stroke of brilliance. Those 9 steps, if we are honest with ourselves, represent nothing more than every great session schematic in the world.” - Coach Chris
  • “…all parents… said that they wish I could coach the same team next year because their kids really learned soccer for the first time.” – Coach Ric

My Motto is Simple

The Outcome of Our Children Is Infinitely More Important than the Outcome of any Game they will ever Play!
