Your Sales Funnel is how your customers go through the funnel that you have set up from the starting point to the end. Not all customers will follow the same path as others. It's important to track how your customers go through and see if any stages need to be changed or just removed completly. For some the product just isn't needed or maybe some of it will be useful to others. It's just a matter of what the product or service is. For some maybe they do not want a monthly fee while others are willing to pay that fee. It's all about the customers need.
