Cryptoland The Only Pay to Play Player Guide

This eBook was written primarily for XRP investors who have been patiently waiting for the XRP cryptocurrency token to fulfill its promise of becoming an integral part of the new world economy.  Ever since the SEC's Gary Gensler claimed Ripple Lab's XRP token was an unregulated security in 2016-17, XRP has traded in a fairly narrow range. The court ruled that XRP is not a security.  However, the SEC has appealed the court's decision, and Ripple Labs has countersued.  Crypto experts in the field believe the appeal will be short-lived and more regulatory clarity will be forthcoming. 2025 may bring a final settlement to the case to the relief of many.

Meanwhile, Ripple's XRPL Ledger technology has inspired banks and financial institutions everywhere in the world to adopt its ledger technology - long recognized as the best and most secure available for the purposes of cross-border transfers of currencies and settlement trades. The legal issue has delayed the long-awaited regulatory clarity for XRP.  However, it is widely thought that the stage has been set for XRP and XRPL's huge rollout around the world. Investors, for the most part, believe the long 7-year wait is almost over.
