I am still reading this book but I am pleased so far. Flipping through the pages, it is literally telling you about superfoods from A to Z, literally. Towards the end, the section on herbs is amazing. I've never heard of some of the herbs before but I am excited to read about them. There are some common herbs though included like ginseng.
