Great ebook about buying condos. We were looking to buy new construction but changed our mind after we found out our financing was going to be more because the condo project was only 25% finished. Our mortgage was going to be higher so we decided to buy in an existing condo project and got a better rate. I really liked how he put actual sections of the appraisal form in the ebook so you can see what the lender sees! Well worth the $19 I would have paid $49 easily for this information.
Lots of great information if you're buying or selling a condo. The part I liked best was that all the links in the book are clickable so they take you right to the websites!!
