Loved the different ways to brighten teeth without having to spend a fortune.
There's a lot to this little book. I learned a lot about natural cleaning without chemicals.
I started taking apple cider vinegar and wanted to learn more. This book helped me understand so many other ways by body is being helped.
This is such a helpful little book. It seems so few people really talk about baking soda and how much it can do for you. I got it more for the apple cider vinegar info, but ended up loving the baking soda part too.
Very well researched and straight to the point, so didn't have to read a lot of fluff that was just filler. Good book will continue to refer back to.
Wish I'd read this earlier. Would've lost the weight way faster!
Makes so much sense. Why use all the chemical laden cleaning products when I can do just as much with baking soda and vinegar. And no weird chemical smells that almost knock me out.
I'd been looking for a book like this. Straight simple help with a ton of info.
