Firstly, I would like to point out that there are no fancy pictures of food inside this publication just the recipes. Yes, I could have included some pictures but I feel that you don’t need them to be able to cook exciting food from the recipes provided. After all, photos are not going to improve your cooking. Plus, I am not trying to compete against all the TV chefs or write a best-selling cook book.
Therefore, I have kept it simple and straight forward this is indicated in the price of the publication. What’s more, if you want all the bells and whistles then look elsewhere. However, remember, it’s not how many pages or photos a book has but the quality of the content that counts. Just for interest I have added a brief history of Chinese cooking I hope you find it interesting.
