In 2018, I was one of the healthiest people you knew. I ate healthy foods and exercised regularly and even enjoyed mountain bike riding until one day at a routine yearly exam, all hell broke loose when I was told my white blood count was low. This was when my health took a turn for worse and everything that could go wrong did go wrong. One diagnosis after the next kept arising. I took a series of blood tests, which required 10 valves of tubes. Really!! I was surprised I was able to fill up all those tubes since I was already anemic and was trying to get my blood levels back up.
