From a dishwasher to sous chef, I've scaled my way up through a few kitchens in Philadelphia like my first with a summer job at KFC, along with RAINFOREST CAFE', THE DINING CAR in the Northeast and ENGINE 46 STEAKHOUSE that resided on Columbus Boulevard in South Philly for a few examples, during my culinary years of employment. Although a Longshoreman at the present for over a decade now, the love for food creating never dies. With an additional talent for drawing, designing, and music, I'm inclined to bring something different to the table in a non traditional format that you can value as you indulge, As a father of three, I had to find creative ways to introduce my kids to different foods that were healthier for them so they weren't fast food junkie babies and was successful at it. As a first time author of Sam's Creative Homemade Food Fixin's, I wanted to showcase my love for such foods and knack for fixing them with a different artistic flair.
Sam's Creative Homemade Food Fixin's is my attempt to break free as an introvert and finally introduce myself to the world as a food creator with a unique veiwpoint. I've also been working on my clothing brand @bigabrandclothingco.com at the same time as another way to spread my creative juices, but never negating my self taught skills as an authentic food fixer, I plan on authoring more ebook picture and recipe cookbooks in the near future. If i can inspire one person to adapt a healthier lifestyle and look at food as a natural way to cleanse the body without sacrificing taste, for me, I think that will be satisfying enough.
