Dr Francis has been a Professor of Business, Dean of Online Learning, and corporate training consultant. He holds a PhD in Organization and Management from Capella University where his dissertation was, Factors That Led to Entrepreneurial Success. He also worked as the Director of Marketing and Business Intelligence for a start-up consultancy helping take the company from zero revenue to $16 million per year in just five years. For fun Peter enjoys watching movies with his wife and playing poker without her.
