Jim is a self driven goal oranted indivual that is always seeking ways to improve! At the age of just 16 he was a volunteer jounor firefighter. At the age of 18 he became a full fledge fireman and found a passon for helping other. At The age of 23 he enlisted in to the US Marine Corps and earned the rank of sergeant. He helde the billet of Weapons company communications chief and did 2 deployments over seas. The first deployment was to iraq to support combat operation, and the seconed deployment was based out of Okinawa Japan to cunduct security patrolls in the pasific reagen of the world.
Jim earn a bachlors degree in business adminastration from strayer unvirsty and prused a carrear in law enforcement. In his profession in law enforcement, Jim served as a field training officer and was responsible for the training and development of new officers graduating from the police acadmay. Jim also earned the rank of sergent in his department and was appointed as the field training coordantor and was appointed as the crisis intervention manger for his agency.
Jim has always loved helping others succed and is now building training courses for veterans transisiong out of active military service. He also runs a software company the automates the process for local business owners to collect reviews.
