S.E.L.F. Education Solutions was created with one mission: to help children, families, and educators build stronger students from the inside out.
My name is Kenneth “Abdul” Palmer, founder of S.E.L.F. Education Solutions and creator of the S.E.L.F. Framework. I have spent over 20 years working with children, families, schools, and communities through education, behavior support, intervention, special education, mentoring, and youth development. My work has always focused on one thing: helping young people understand who they are, manage what they feel, make better choices, and build a future they can be proud of.
The S.E.L.F. Framework stands for Self-Awareness, Emotional Control, Life Skills, and Future Vision.
This framework was designed because many students are struggling with more than academics. They are dealing with behavior challenges, reading gaps, math frustration, trauma, low confidence, peer pressure, emotional stress, and a lack of clear direction. Too often, students are corrected for their behavior without being taught how to understand themselves, calm down, communicate, solve problems, and make better decisions.
That is where S.E.L.F. comes in. Through S.E.L.F. Education Solutions, I create books, workbooks, journals, coloring books, lesson activities, and educational resources that support the whole child. These materials are made for parents, teachers, mentors, schools, after-school programs, and community leaders who want practical tools that children can actually use.
My resources are built to be simple, meaningful, and easy to apply. They help students reflect, read, write, think, create, and grow. Each product is designed to support emotional intelligence, character development, academic confidence, and real-life decision-making.
