Mr. Pantaleon Shoki, an accomplished professional in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL), holds a BA in Economics, an MA in Monitoring and Evaluation, and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Monitoring, Measurement, and Evaluation. With expertise in social sector data analysis, mixed methods research, and consultancy, Mr. Shoki's skills are bolstered by training under the World Bank’s IDF grant. His research interests focus on MEL systems, financial sustainability, and evaluation research, reflecting his dedication to advancing the field.
