I was born in Tunica Miss. At the age of 6 , i worked in the cotton field. Later moved to Memphis, Tenn. and from there moved to St. Louis Mo.. I played high school football and was awarded a scholarship to Ottawa University. I went into the workforce as a Pizza Hut manager. During my employment from MidAmerica Nazarene I received my Bachelor of Arts in Management & Human Resource. In 2012 from Keller University, I received my MBA with a Masters in Human Resource. Working in the food service industry I developed a weight problem. I went from a fit 190lbs to 494lbs,. I will share with how I took off the weight. It is my hope that once you follow this plan you will look better and feel better.
