Herbert Grove Dorsey III was born in 1940. From a young age he was somewhat adventurous. In later life, He would write an autobiography titled The Adventurer.
He also was interested in electronics and as a teenager applied for his Novice Amateur Radio License WN3YRU. In his early 20s he became a TV repairman. And later Went to Ventura Junior College and received an AA Degree in Electrical Engineering in 1967.
He had a number of further adventures after that as well as studying on his own for a number of years. Finally, he continued his studies at University of California in 1979 and received a BSEE degree in 1982.
Because of his earlier studies of the works of Nikola Tesla and Tomas Townsend Brown. He realized that some of the theory being taught at the university not only was wrong, but also incomplete. A few years later in 1985, he became a free energy researcher. He personally observed operating free energy devices which would generate more energy than consumed. This energy was coming from space itself using the magnetic field to cohere this energy. He also observed the vigorous suppression of this type of technology.
From the late 1980s into 1990s he became acquainted with and befriended people that worked on classified projects at Los Alamos National Laboratories in New Mexico and Edwards AFB in California. He would learn about recovered crashed UFOs and the back engineering of them from these people.
He did further research on the secret space programs that utilized these secret technologies. This would later result in his writing Secret Science and the Secret Space Program, The Covert Colonization of Our Solar System and Inside the Secret Space Programs.
He was also interested in secret societies and organizations and did considerable research on them as well. This interest increased considerably after hearing President George H.W. Bush’s several speeches mentioning a New World Order. After more than 2 decades of research, he wrote The Secret History of the New World Order, CIA: Crime Incorporated of America and The Secret History of the Twentieth Century.
