The author's original purpose was for these coloring pages to become part of her daughters Mindfulness sessions. They were created specifically with that goal in mind. Her families doctors, therapists and counselors applauded the idea while helping her to understand how Mindfulness works and why it would become an important part in her daughters healing process. For this reason, individuals suffering from anxiety, stress or depression may find these printable coloring pages for adults to be the perfect complement to any Mindfulness activities that they're already doing.
These abstract coloring pages for adults are G-rated drawings. They vary from complex and intricate designs to easy patterns to color. Teens and older children my find them interesting depending on their level of interest in coloring.
